それ以前に文章が英語じゃないよ。

Thee→Thereなのでは？Theeは人間を指す言葉なので文章が変になってるよ。そうすると文は：
When we went there, a lot of people were working and changing the hill (私達がそこへ行った時、沢山の人が丘を変えるために働いていた）
になるはず。
②They cut down the tree and the tree we loved verry much was one of them.
最初の半分ではこの文章が人達が一つの木を切ってるといってるけど、後の半分でその中の一つの木は私達が好きだった木だったのですと言ってておかしいよ。それにVerry→Very.そうすると文は：
They cut down the treeｓ and the tree we loved very much was one of them(彼らは

いくつかのって2，3のってコトでしょ??
そうしたいなら a fewじゃナイといけないんじゃないかなぁ??
